¿Es obligatoria la memoria de sostenibilidad?
Depende del tamaño de la empresa. En España, las empresas incluidas en la Ley 11/2018 deben presentar el Estado de Información No Financiera. La CSRD, una vez traspuesta, se aplicará a las empresas de más de 1.000 empleados y 450 millones de euros de facturación. Para el resto es voluntaria, aunque cada vez más clientes la solicitan.
¿Qué es el estándar voluntario VSME?
Es el estándar europeo para que las empresas no obligadas, especialmente las pymes, informen sobre su sostenibilidad de forma sencilla y comparable. Además marca el máximo de información que una empresa obligada puede exigir a sus proveedores de menos de 1.000 empleados.
¿Qué diferencia hay entre una memoria GRI y un EINF?
El EINF es una obligación legal con un contenido mínimo fijado por la Ley 11/2018 y requiere verificación externa. GRI es un estándar voluntario internacional que puede utilizarse como base para elaborar tanto la memoria como el propio EINF.
