Incyma promotes the Second CSR Master Plan and the Sustainability Report of the Badajoz Provincial Council 

Incyma has collaborated in the compilation, writing and layout of Second Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Master Plan 2025-2027 and Sustainability Report 2024 of the Badajoz Provincial Council. Both documents were unanimously approved at the plenary session on November 28, 2025, and are available on the institution's website. What is a Corporate Social Responsibility Master Plan? 

A Corporate Social Responsibility Master Plan It is a roadmap that outlines an organization's commitments and actions regarding sustainability and social responsibility. The Second Master Plan of the Badajoz Provincial Council is built upon the First Plan 2022-2024 and stems from a “A firm commitment to sustainability, social development and the well-being of citizens.”. 

This new plan follows a participatory methodology that includes the analysis of impacts, risks and opportunities (IROS) and dual materiality (how our actions affect the environment).environment and how the environment affects us), according to the GRI standards. Furthermore, it structures its lines of work around three axes: ethical and transparent management, environmental protection, and the well-being of society.fully aligned with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs)  

Sustainability Report or EINF: the report that goes beyond the numbers. 

 The Sustainability Report 2024 (also known as Non-Financial Information Statement, NFI)) collects non-financial data on environmental, social and governance aspects of the institution. A Sustainability Report includes information on environmental impact, labor practices, human rights and the fight against corruption. 

 EPreparing and publishing these reports is key because It improves transparency and trust, helps manage non-financial risks, and provides competitive advantages. 

 Although in Spain only large companies are required to submit it, more and more entities are adopting it voluntarily to anticipate regulations and demonstrate their real commitment to sustainability. 

 In the case of the Badajoz Provincial Council, the 2024 Sustainability Report serves as a progress report for the Master Plan. 

 How has Incyma participated in this project? 

 Our team has worked technically and collaboratively with the Presidency and Institutional Relations Area of the Provincial Council to:

• Gather data and evidence from the projects developed in the 1st Master Plan 2022-2024 and in the 2025 initiatives. 

• Develop the content of the II Master Plan and the Sustainability Report following the GRI standards and the new European regulations on non-financial information. 

• Layout and structure the documents in a clear and visual way, facilitating its public consultation and subsequent monitoring. 

 The result is rigorous reports that reflect the evolution of the work in sustainability of the Badajoz Provincial Council and that comply with the requirements of transparency and accountability.
