On October 30, 2017, Order APM/1040/2017 was published, establishing the date from which the constitution of the mandatory financial guarantee will be required:
- Organizations with classified activity at a level of PRIORITY 1: Until the October 31, 2018
- Organizations with classified activity at a level of PRIORITY 2: Until the October 31, 2019.
