The GGN label, This label, which can be found on both packaged and loose bulk products, aims to provide consumers with a consistent and relevant guarantee and guidance about the product, produced through certified and responsible good agricultural practices that cover the food safety, protection of environment, watch over the animal welfare y worker well-being, the social responsibility and the transparency of the supply chain.
▶ Certified production: The product comes from a farm whose production processes have been independently certified, in accordance with a GLOBALG.AP standard.
▶ Responsible production: In the production of the product, all aspects of responsible production are monitored: environment, food safety, worker welfare, etc.
▶ Transparency: The GGN tag works with unique GLOBALG.AP (GGN) numbers, thus creating a transparent system that builds trust.
THE STANDARDS BEHIND THE GGN LABEL FOR CERTIFIED AGRICULTURE
A certificate valid for the GLOBALG.AP standard of Integrated Property Insurance (IFA) for fruits and vegetables.
Full compliance with the GLOBALG.AP Risk Assessment in Social Practices (GRASP) at the exploitation level.
Control of Maximum residue limit (MRL) through a waste control system approved by GLOBALG.AP.
Certification of the Chain of Custody (CoC) for members of the supply chain, ensuring product integrity throughout the entire journey (from farm to table).
