The law came into effect on July 1, 2019 Royal Decree 163/2019 which approves the Technical Instruction for carrying out the production control of concretes manufactured at the plant.
This Royal Decree replaces the old Ministerial Order of November 21, 2001 and updates the requirements to the new regulations, such as Regulation (EU) 305/2011 for Construction Products, the Cements Instruction (RC16), Eurocode 2 and the Structural Concrete Instruction (EHE 08).
It will be mandatory from March 2021, In order for the concrete plant to obtain its certificate, all plants must be periodically evaluated by an independent body that will verify that the control of the concrete's component materials and their storage, the facilities, concrete control, documentation, and traceability comply with the technical criteria set out in Royal Decree 163/2019. From its entry into force, a period of 21 months is established for the concrete plant to obtain this certificate.
In INCYMA, We implemented the evaluation procedures to be verified by an auditing body. Independently accredited and obtain the certificate of conformity for the concrete plant. Furthermore, these procedures can be integrated with other systems, such as ISO 9001 and CE Marking.
Who is it aimed at?
Mandatory for all ready-mix concretes manufactured in concrete plants located within the national territory.
