March begins and with it, the new amendment to Royal Decree-Law 6/2019 of March 1st comes into force, which requires companies with between 50 and 250 employees to have their equality plan in place within 3 years.

Obligation and deadlines: 

It is mandatory to implement an Equality Plan in companies with more than 50 employees, and it must be implemented within the following deadlines:

From March 2020: companies with more than 150 employees.
From March 2021: companies with more than 100 employees.
From March 2022: companies with more than 50 employees.
