EQUALITY PLAN AND GIAMEX
For several months now, we have been working side by side with GIMEX for the design, development and creation of its equality plan, which has been approved by the unions of CCOO y UGT.
With this Equality Plan, GIMEX It joins the companies that are trying to achieve an inclusive corporate culture, where everyone has the same opportunities for growth and development.
MEET GIAMEX
GIMEX It is a private organization that encompasses the Sierra Pinar Senior Residence (Residence and Day Center), a Home Help Service, and a Training Center. It was founded in 2008 with the aim of providing comprehensive services to dependent individuals in the Zafra area and surrounding region.
The center has an experienced management team with a professional track record of more than 25 years and a properly trained team to carry out its management together with the technicians specialized in geriatrics.
Furthermore, since 2020 the organization has had a quality management system under the standard ISO 9001:2015, for residential care services for dependent persons (Residence and Day Center) and for the provision of training courses (Care for dependent persons in social institutions).
