It is a self-assessment in the matter of CSR (known as ORSE self-assessment), where the user has to comply with 5 different blocks in:
- Ethics and Values of the Company.
- Human Resources and Labor Relations.
- Environment.
- Company Social Relations.
- Responsible handling of information and communication.
Within these blocks, you will have to complete the different sections and indicators, which vary depending on the type of company you are (micro SME, SME or large company).
Once the online self-assessment questionnaire has been completed ORSE tool, The company receives a score. If this is above 250 points, with a minimum of 50 points on each of the 5 axes, You can choose to carry out the procedures to apply for the "Socially Responsible Company" qualification.
After completing the ORSE tool's online self-assessment questionnaire, the organization will receive a score. If this score exceeds 250 points, with a minimum of 50 points in each of the 5 areas, it can begin the process of applying for the "Socially Responsible Company" designation.
