Other Equality Plan<\/strong> Signed! This time, it's their turn GIMEX<\/a><\/strong>, since on December 1st he signed his I Equality Plan<\/a><\/strong>, negotiated together with the unions #CCOO and #UGT<\/p>\n

EQUALITY PLAN AND GIAMEX<\/h2>\n

For several months now, we have been working side by side with GIMEX<\/strong> for the design, development and creation of its equality plan, which has been approved by the unions of CCOO<\/strong> y UGT<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

With this Equality Plan, GIMEX<\/strong> It joins the companies that are trying to achieve an inclusive corporate culture, where everyone has the same opportunities for growth and development.<\/p>\n

MEET GIAMEX<\/h2>\n

GIMEX<\/strong> It is a private organization that encompasses the Sierra Pinar Senior Residence (Residence and Day Center), a Home Help Service, and a Training Center. It was founded in 2008 with the aim of providing comprehensive services to dependent individuals in the Zafra area and surrounding region.<\/p>\n

The center has an experienced management team with a professional track record of more than 25 years and a properly trained team to carry out its management together with the technicians specialized in geriatrics.<\/p>\n

Furthermore, since 2020 the organization has had a quality management system under the standard ISO 9001:2015<\/strong>, for residential care services for dependent persons (Residence and Day Center) and for the provision of training courses (Care for dependent persons in social institutions).<\/p>\n
