But before we begin its end, we need to start with the <strong>Design of the Equality Plan<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>As we have already discussed in previous posts <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.incyma.es\/en\/inicio\/no-vale-cualquier-plan-de-igualdad\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><em>Not just any equality plan will do. <\/em><\/a><\/strong>The objective of the Plan is to achieve real equality between men and women in my company, through the implementation and monitoring of measures.<\/p>\n<p>To achieve that goal, we need to enrich our content plan. But\u2026 what content can I include in my plan?<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><strong>Context and commitment. <\/strong>In this section, we can address the following:<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li>Legislative framework.<\/li>\n<li>Determination of the parties involved.<\/li>\n<li>Management Commitment.<\/li>\n<li>Personal, territorial and temporal scope, with a maximum of 4 years&#039; notice.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ol start=\"2\">\n<li><strong>Scope and validity.<\/strong> We need to make clear what the scope of my plan will be and how long it will be valid.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ol start=\"3\">\n<li><strong>Main objectives to be achieved.\u00a0<\/strong>Within my Equality Plan I have to establish qualitative and quantitative objectives.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Summary and conclusions of the diagnosis<\/strong>. Along with the summary and conclusions, don&#039;t forget to include the <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.incyma.es\/en\/inicio\/registros-retributivos-obligatorio-para-todas-las-empresas\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">remuneration audit<\/a><\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Scope of action.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\"><em>TIMELINE: SPECIFIC OBJECTIVES + ACTIONS + TIMELINES + RESPONSIBLE PARTIES<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">It is advisable to separate general or main objectives from specific objectives, as well as to organize the measures according to the sections analyzed in the <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.incyma.es\/en\/inicio\/el-diagnostico\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">diagnostic phase<\/a><\/strong>.
