Voluntariness has changed:\u00a0<\/strong>The new Non-Financial Information and Diversity Law (Law 11\/2018<\/strong>, (of December 28) requires certain organizations to report information annually on\u00a0environmental issues<\/strong>, issues\u00a0social<\/strong>\u00a0and relating to personnel,\u00a0respect for human rights<\/strong>,\u00a0fight against corruption and bribery<\/strong>\u00a0and information about itself\u00a0society<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

The affected companies must prepare a report on\u00a0Corporate Social Responsibility<\/strong><\/em><\/a>,\u00a0Sustainability Report<\/strong>\u00a0o\u00a0Integrated report,\u00a0<\/strong><\/em>which must be disclosed on the company's website during the first six months after the end of the fiscal year and must remain available for at least five years.<\/p>\n

In addition, the report on the status of non-financial information of these organizations must be carried out in the first months of 2019 and will have to be verified by an independent verification service provider.<\/p>\n
